Big Eye Chicken

When I was a kid in China, the only fish I'd eat was a fish named "Big Eye Chicken." Because it only has one straight bone in the middle of its body, I didn't have to worry about choking on tiny fish bones.

I can remember times when I had to swallow rice balls to push out small fish bones that were jammed in my throat.

These days I only eat breaded fish. I look forward to eating some real fish.
